Award-winning online science journalist Peter McMahon has covered space shuttle launches, uncovered dinosaur fossils, and walked inside a stadium-sized particle accelerator. At age 33, Peter has served as a producer and senior producer for DiscoveryChannel.ca, a writer and science producer for CTV.ca, and a writer for the Toronto Star. He has written for the kids magazine YES Mag and has a series of books on vehicles of the future set to be published starting this year by Kids Can Press. Peter’s most recent assignment was to travel to Vancouver to cover the health science of the 2010 Winter Games for CTVolympics.ca
